All mediums, all sizes allowed.
Time Line
August 31, 2006: Last day for EarlyBird (discount) entries to be postmarked.
September 11, 2006: Last day for all other entries to be postmarked.
September 12-15: Entries may be hand delivered by appointment.
September 16, 2006: Art pieces will be received 12:00pm – 2:00pm.
Art may also be submitted digitally or on slide.
September 23, 2006: Pick up art that did not make show. 12:00pm – 2:00pm
Drop off art that was digitally submitted or not already received. 12:00pm – 2:00pm
September 29, 2006: Opening Reception 5:00pm –7:00pmPrizes Awarded
September 30, 2006: Show opens to the public.
Saturdays 10:00am – 4:00pm and by Appt.
December 16, 2006: Pickup all art 4:00pm – 6:00pm
(Artwork not picked up in 30 days becomes property of PahloArt)

“Views of America” – Call for Entries – Rules & Entry Form
Artists may enter multiple submissions.
EarlyBird Entries Postmarked on or before August 31st: $15 for first submission, $5 for each additional submission.
Entries Postmarked after August 31st: $25 for first submission, $5 for each additional submission.
Entries without an e-mail addresses must be accompanied by a self addressed stamped envelope and the results of your entries will be mailed to you.
Entries with e-mail will be contacted with results.
Artwork may be submitted in person or by digital photograph.
Each Art piece is to be accompanied by a 3X5 card with the following information typed or printed neatly:
* Name * Phone * E-mail *Title * Medium * Price (or NFS if not for sale)
A 30% commission will be retained by PahloArt Refinery & Gallery on sales.
There will be a $10 administrative fee for late pick ups.
Art not picked up within 30 days becomes the property of the PahloArt Refinery & Gallery.
All 2D art to be hung is to be framed (or have finished edges) and ready to hang on a cable system with 3/8” thick hook (bear claw hooks are not deep enough therefore not acceptable).
PahloArt accepts no responsibility for artwork. Artist should carry their own insurance if desired.
